When you request a demo, we process the contact details and message you submit so we can respond. Platform customers may process user, shipment, customer and claim information inside their own secured organization.

Purpose and access

Data is used to provide, secure and support the service. Organization access is separated, and subcontractors receive restricted access to claims assigned to them.

Retention and requests

We retain information only as long as needed for the service, legal obligations and legitimate administration. Contact Claim2Fix through the contact details provided by your agreement to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
