Use of the service
Claim2Fix is provided to authorized organizations and invited users for managing logistics claims and related collaboration. Users must keep account access secure and submit lawful, accurate information.
Credits and paid services
Credit usage, available bundles and any subscription terms are shown in the account or commercial agreement. Payment processing is only effective when a supported payment flow is explicitly offered.
Availability and changes
We may maintain and improve the service. Features described as coming soon are not part of the current service until activated.
Customer responsibility
Organizations remain responsible for claim decisions, legal assessments, uploaded content and the people they invite. Claim2Fix supports the workflow and does not provide legal advice.
